| Bookings and Events Guests are asked to arrive after 14:00 on the first day and to vacate their room by 10:00 on the last day. A deposit is required for each person and will be deducted from the final settlement. We are sorry, we are unable to process card transactions. Fees (full board): Weekly - £270; Daily - £45 (Clergy and Spouse - £33.50 each per day). For further details, a booking form and travel directions please contact us by any of the means above. We receive referrals from doctors, clergy and other caring agencies, as well as bookings from individuals. Our facilities are offered to a growing number of church groups. This includes PCC away days, Parish Ministry Teams, Alpha Group Weekends and other parish and diocesan groups. Regular 'Days of Refreshment' are held for those wishing to explore various aspects of spirituality. Except for vegetarians, we regret we are not able to cater for special diets, or offer gluten-free menus and staff may not administer any medication to guests. With the exception of guide dogs, we regret that we cannot accommodate pets. Guests are welcome to stay for periods of up to two weeks at any one time in an atmosphere of 'love and healing'. Some will come for rest and refreshment, others for ministry or for a private retreat. Our staff are available for confidential listening and prayer ministry. A welcome is also extended to any who may wish to visit for an hour or so.
